Simple Bye Design, reserves the right to make any changes to any part of this service agreement without giving any prior notice.


Payments are due in full prior to service being completed.  For your convenience, Simple Bye Design gladly accepts cash, check or electronic payment via PayPal or Venmo. If paying via electronic payment client must submit electronic payment within 24 hours prior to the scheduled service.


Simple Bye Design requires at least 2 business days notice for the cancellation and or rescheduling of any scheduled appointment. In the event of cancellation or rescheduling with less than 2 business days notice, a cancellation fee of $50 will be assessed. Canceling more than three (3) consecutive times, without prior approval of Simple Bye Design, will be deemed a material breach and allow Simple Bye Design to cancel the contract or to seek legal remedies. In the event Simple Bye Design needs to cancel a scheduled appointment twenty-four (24) hour notice will be given to Client. 


Simple Bye Design offers NO refunds to customers. However, your satisfaction is our Guarantee and want you to be 100% satisfied with the services offered! A Guarantee on all services if a task was not completed to your satisfaction or was missed simply contact Simple Bye Design immediately. We will return to your home and correct the area that you're dissatisfied with at no additional cost to you.


Simple Bye Design will be reimbursed for all personal shopping expenses and the mileage incurred at a rate of $0.58 per mile.


Simple Bye Design is very conscious of respecting your personal items but recognize that accidents can occur. If the homeowner notices something has been broken or damaged, it must be reported within 24 hours from the completion of the service rendered so an investigation can commence accessing the damage. In the event, an item is damaged or broken, Simple Bye Design reserves the option to repair or replace the item. Simple Bye Design will not be held liable for items that were broken due to not proper mounting, securing or attaching items to walls or propped against a surface. 


Safety is taken very seriously by Simple Bye Design, therefore, no service area will be organized higher than a 3ft 2-step ladder, move or lift items heavier than 25 lbs. To avoid the risk of injury no moving of televisions, electronics (speakers, sound systems) tables, coffee tables, end tables, amours, china cabinets, bookcases, couches, recliners,  beds, dressers, nightstands, refrigerators, ovens, dishwasher, washer and/or dryer will be included. 


  • Clean or remove blood or any bodily fluids (includes needles, diapers, personal hygiene products).

  • Fire or water damage, and mold

  • Simple Bye Design reserves the right to refuse service to any client with ANY insect infestations, dead animal carcasses, and human fecal matter present. In the event that any of these are identified, service will end immediately. 

  • No care for Pets during service. No organizing or cleaning of any liter pans, feces, and kennels. 

  • Organizing of collector's items that are valuable to the client will only be handled directly by them with the assistance of Simple Bye Design. 

  • Simple Bye Design does not provide assembly of furniture, shelving, closet systems, moving of heavy furniture, climbing extension ladders, or any similar types of activities. No electrical, plumbing, HVAC work or repairs will be provided. If any space is to be organized above a 3ft step ladder no items will be placed in that vicinity, rather items organized will be placed on the ground located near the area. ​


Regarding the purging, sorting, and organizing of personal items, the Client maintains ownership. Simple Bye Design recognizes items as the sole property of the Client, and when professional recommendations are given, it is hereby stated that the final decision on such matters belongs to the Client. Simple Bye Design will provide various resources to the Client where items can be donated. It is the sole responsibility of the Client to make arrangements for purged items to be removed unless other arrangements are made in advance between both parties.


Simple Bye Design takes both “before” and “after” photos of each room/space organized.  These photos may be used in publications, including but not limited to the website, social media, and printed marketing materials.  Simple Bye Design respects Client confidentiality and will never link the Client's name or address to the photographs used. An opt-out clause per the Simple Bye Design contract will be provided should the Client elect not to participate. 


Except to the extent paid in settlement from any applicable insurance policies, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, each party agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the other Party, and its respective directors, shareholders, affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and permitted successors and assigns against any and all claims, losses and damages, liabilities, penalties, punitive damages, expenses, reasonable legal fees, and costs of any kind or amount whatsoever, which result from or arise out of any act or omission if the indemnifying party, it’s respective directors, shareholders, affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and permitted successors and assigns that occurs in connection with this Agreement. This indemnification will survive the termination of this Agreement.


Confidential information (the “Confidential Information”) refers to any data or information relating to personal information and/or the business of the Client which would reasonably be considered to be proprietary to the Client including, but limited to, accounting records, business processes, and client records and that is not generally known in the industry of the Client and where the release of that Confidential Information could reasonably be expected to cause harm to the client. Simple Bye Design agrees that they will not disclose, divulge, reveal, report or use, for any purpose any Confidential Information which has been obtained, except as authorized by the Client or as required by law.
